Pricing Notes & Sample Quotes

  • Ad spend separation: Service fees are separate from Amazon advertising spend. Clients pay Amazon directly for media costs.
  • Sample Tier 03 quote — Skincare brand, 50 ASINs, US+EU: $4,500/month base + $1,500/month inventory module = $6,000/month total. Pricing depends on ASIN count, marketplaces, and complexity.
  • Sample Tier 03 quote — Beauty agency, white-label for 3 sub-clients: $7,500/month flat fee for combined account management across all sub-clients.
  • Performance-based option (Tier 03 only): Lower base fee + 5-10% commission on incremental revenue (above 30-day baseline). Available for clients with $50,000+ monthly GMV.
  • Onboarding fee: $500 one-time for Tier 02, $1,500 one-time for Tier 03. Covers initial audit, account access setup, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Cancellation: 30-day written notice after minimum engagement period.

Following Amazon's principle of least privilege, we request only SP-API roles directly required for the services we deliver. We never access PII (customer names, addresses, payment data).

04 / Data Protection

Five commitments we make to every client.

We comply with Amazon's Data Protection Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Solution Provider Agreement. Below are the operational commitments in every engagement. Detailed legal documents: Terms · Privacy · DPA.

COMMITMENT 01
No data resale
We never sell, rent, or share Amazon Information with unauthorized third parties or marketing agencies. Client data is segregated by account.
COMMITMENT 02
Encryption at rest & in transit
All data stored in encrypted Google Workspace with restricted access via service account. TLS 1.2+ enforced for all API communications. MFA enabled on admin accounts.
COMMITMENT 03
Deletion on request
Clients can request immediate deletion of their data at any time. We delete all stored data within 5 business days of receiving a written deletion request.
COMMITMENT 04
No AI training on client data
We never use client data to train external AI models or build aggregated benchmarks for resale. Client data is used only to deliver the contracted service.
COMMITMENT 05
Approval-based execution
No account modification (listing change, campaign change, inventory action) is executed without explicit written client approval. All actions logged to an immutable audit trail.
